      Pros

      – Clear vision of where the agency is going – Transparent, open, and honest leadership – Strong, supportive culture – Good clients (they know when to say no) – Health benefits + unlimited PTO

      Cons

      – Promotions and career growth came slow – Work / Life balance was tough at times (mostly related to quick growth and understaffing because of it)

      Compensations & Benefits are low compare to the market. The work done is lacking budget from the client. Small company.
