Pros
Most coworkers were great and made lifelong friendships with coworkers as well as customers. Company worked hard to provide good training to create success and growth.
Cons
Company claimed to be family oriented and support employees, but didn't always follow through. They were quick to provide leadership with little insight into the real problems. Company didn't show real respect or value to the opinion of long time employees.

A continually declining audience and influx of low cost competitors makes meeting revenue goals next to impossible to achieve.
