When it comes to employee compensation, we participate in several wage and benefit surveys annually and use timely and relevant market data to help ensure we offer competitive compensation packages for our employees, including compensation increases when responsibilities change. The opportunity for two wage increases were provided to all employees within the past 6 months. The entire management team is well qualified. Additionally, we have a robust performance management system with multiple touchpoints throughout the year and use variety of well-established metrics.
