      This place is for Designer that gets a chance to apply his/her creative knowledge to projects around the world.

      Pros

      Great office environment with a few good principals to work with that show no hierarchy in team and give you an opportunity to grow. Overall friendly and peaceful culture at work.

      Cons

      Baltimore is an unsafe place to live. Some imbalance in terms of foreseeing the inflow of projects vs hiring employees. If the projects do not go as planned, sudden decisions are taken to let go employees. Job security at this place is a tricky one.
