      Pros

      The company offers a great work-life balance and excellent benefits, including a 403(b) employer match, HSA contributions, and generous PTO and holiday schedules. The job itself is manageable and low-stress, supported by a very helpful manager. The entire team is supportive and a pleasure to work with. It feels like a big family, and as a result, many employees tend to stay for the long term.

      There is limited room for career growth and advancement. Additionally, cross-departmental coordination can be challenging at times.
