You have to work at least 50 hours a week including Saturdays and take commission in what you earn. If you don't hit your target, you get $0 for that week. To go up in the organization you have to bring more people in and then you earn from their fundraising.
Just because it's a non-profit doesnt mean it isn't a pyramid scheme.
