Best Place In Calgary to Instruct/Work

Pros

Pays the best in the city for any instructing job. Great owners who care about their employees. ALL employees are paid well including front desk and cleaning staff. None of this Karma/Energy exchange BS which is against the law. All staff get free memberships, retail discounts and training. Fun inclusive environment.

Cons

Company expects a lot from staff. No play lists can be repeated, high level of customer service. But they do pay a high wage for these expectations.

Owners have extremely unfair expectations of staff. Their first response with any correspondence is rude, condescending and only focus on money and not that they are dealing with human beings. They are horrible communicators and expect all of your time for what works out to be less than minimum wage and then still get mad at you for not giving more.
