We hear you on salaries and socials. Pay reviews are something we’re continuing to look at to make sure they keep pace with expectations, and we agree that more chances to get together outside of work would be a big plus for everyone.
Your comments about the improvements being a breath of fresh air mean a lot. We’ll keep building on that momentum while making sure the culture stays strong.
