      A creative bunch!

      Pros

      Huskies is full of young and creative talent! The work/life balance is fantastic and the general community of Huskies is something I have never experienced before. A truly great bunch! The management are easy to talk to and there is a really strong feel of 'family' in the place. Not to mention a great view!

      Cons

      The turn over is really high. Most of our best talent is lost to other agencies, bigger companies or headhunted. Which is a shame.

      Talented creative group of people, encouraging and open to new ideas, and competitive salary

      Cons

      Difficult management and lack of autonomy. Micro-management. Hostile atmosphere and treatment of employees (dependent on manager). No measurement of employee's success, or help in career advancement / learning.
