CyDesign is nice place with friendly people and mostly good attitudes. The work environment can be a bit chaotic, like in most startups, but nothing too bad really.
Cons
The CEO seemed uninvolved and didn't seem to understand actually getting product out the door. As a result development often weather-vaned from new idea to new idea.
