Professional but familier attitude I experienced in Custom Soft during 3 years of my employment. All are cultured and with helping nature. I never seen such a bonding with each other except Custom Soft.

I have worked as a Business Analyst with CustomSoft for more than 3 years. I learned very minor things in CustomSoft which I have not learnt in my previous organization. Management gives complete responsibility of every task.. Management supports a lot in every difficulty.

Cons

I do not find any thing as such.

I joined CustomSoft few months back. I really impressed with the training program conducted by CustomSoft for its employees. This training is purely practical based and really helps a lot while working on live. Efforts taken by CustomSoft training team is really appreciated.
