Down to earth people, fairly laid back office

Compensation was about $5K lower per year compared to other claim organizations. I got a really weird vibe from this place in my interview but took the job anyhow just to try it out. Definitely a strange office environment right up to the day I left. Terrible workload in STD. Some people were super overworked, while others slacked off. For example: some people would be coming into the office at 9 and leaving by 2 every day while others were always working long, late hours due to working with NIGHTMARE sales offices. It all came down to what piece of the business you were assigned to. I guess if you're one of the lucky people to be assigned an easy sales office, you might be OK. In the end I decided this job wasn't worth the stress for the money.
