      -Senior leadership is out of touch, and sacrifices quality and safety to meet metrics -HR does not action valid complaints and will dismiss your claim faster than your insurance company -Engineering department is extremely inexperienced compared to industry -Nepotism and ego run rampant within management

      Pretty laid back and there isn't a massive focus on pushing numbers. Shop manager is really understanding

      All of the kinks of moving the company haven't been worked out yet. People that cause a lot of trouble don't get reprimanded. They allow people to get away with too much.
