      Good work life balance, supportive environment, fun people, great benefits, etc.

      Cons

      Only issue is pay. Not as competitive as the rest of the industry. But everything else more than makes up for it.

      Pros

      Great health insurance, gym and kitchen in office. Everyone is incredibly supportive and encouraging and the culture is fantastic. It’s a smaller company so you have a lot of prerogative to drive the projects you work on and propose new ones.

      Cons

      Less flexible with WFH, though this can vary with your experience and time at the company. Also depends on what you’re working on.
