Pros
Rewarding work , always something different , service vehicle, cell phone , 10% vacation pay, $2.60. Above rate , worked mostly independently, flexible hours , Company bought some tools, I got to work with a lot of great people like building managers , management company , other trades and city of Winnipeg employees.
Cons
Hours usually not constant,, that is the trade ,,and type of work , service work .
