Pros

The colleagues were great, the job is very interesting, not much else

Cons

No work life balance, none. No matter how they sugar coat it you work most evenings and weekends to keep up. Management don't care. HR was hibernating and never reply to emails. For the wage of 45 its really not worth it when other jobs are paying more and you can log off at 6pm most days.
