NEPOTISM - President hired his daughter and when she could not do the job she was hired for, she was moved to another department, promoted, and given a 20% raise while the rest of the staff was given 3.5%. Severely outdated software. Eng/Dev is run by a person who is not interested in or qualified to update it and has no idea what the customers actually need in an effective software. Will not promote from within. Support team morale is almost non-existent - they struggle to support the lackluster software that doesn't work. New products are promised, take forever to deliver (if at all) and when they are released they are so full of bugs that they barely function.

CEO will take his daughters word over yours CEO will give his daughter raises of 20% or higher and give you none Software is out of date by 20 years No new working software, anything that get released does not work New management is narcissistic. Everything is support fault not the software or Engineering team. Gets treated like we are children and does not know anything. All this company seems to care about is how much money they get rather than what they can do for others.
