Pros

Amazing technology, Great engineering team

Cons

Everyone for themselves in the sales organization with zero transparency. Take care of your employees and remember that they hold the customer relationships. Suggestion to management to actually lead and develop others not just manage from teams excel sheets. It’s disappointing because culture USED to be great here.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your negative experience with some members of the team. We can assure you that we consider our employees our greatest assets and we truly do value each one of them. CrowdStrike strives for open communication and we encourage our employees to speak with any leadership team member or Human Resources whenever they have comments or concerns. It is very important to us that all our employees feel valued. We understand that change often accompanies rapid and expansive growth, which can be challenging. Our company culture is something that we actively work to improve as we continue to experience accelerated growth. As we continue our growth trajectory, we are doing our best to maintain the great company culture you have enjoyed and that CrowdStrike is known for.

Pros

The technology (Falcon Platform) is amazing.

Cons

As it says on the main page, "Get used to the pressure, you are in the big leagues working with A players. You will need to be one. If you are, then this is not a Con...its a Pro!" It sounds like the company is emphasizing the high standards and expectations that come with working in their environment. They're highlighting the importance of performing at a top level ("A players") and viewing the associated pressure as a positive aspect ("Pro") rather than a negative one ("Con"). However, after starting, you quickly realize it is a pressure cooker. I quit after 2 months of waking up every day with panic attacks. I was constantly being berated by management. From this, the environment at CrowdStrike tends to be very young. You will find everywhere 20 something MBA's that are Sr. Directors or VP's. It's becoming a place that people start their career on, then leave for other opportunities that are less pressure.

Pros

- good base salary - good overall comp plan when the market is not flooded with representatives (~60% achievement rate for Canada overall) - well oiled marketing : very mature and excellent marketing development and delivery (well funded). - above average benefits - good potential for those with good territories.

Cons

- Extremely stale leadership (esp in Canada) with total absence of people skills, and management skills beyond the spreadsheet. - Poor corporate culture : extremely aggressive and cut throat amongst peers, thereby offering very little team cohesiveness. - Complete absence of training for new hires, save for endless hours of videos, with no opportunity to interact. -High turnover of senior sales mgmt in Canada (with 2 different country managers in the last 3 years). - Little or no support from managers, who have limited knowledge of systems and often internal processes -Pervasive belligerent relationships with partners, driven by poor program mgmt,, greed, and pure arrogance.
