      - Remote work but you will put more time on this job than with a 2-hour commute.

      Cons

      - You get paid peanuts(compared to US markets). - 45 - 53 hours required to get credited for a full week. - No management interaction. - You are just a number that should comply with metrics, else you will be fired. - No job security
