      Its a staffing agency and they placed me with Sears, it turned out to be a great experience, learned a lot.

      It was only a temporary position.

      Not Much. Applicant Tracking system sucks. Fancy office in a fancy building.

      Sales so full of themselves, faker than their fake breasts. Management socially awkward superficial and driven by greed and very dishonest

      Pros

      Personable, helpful, offers beneficial guidance, good pay. The job I received was as described by employer. The hours were good, with some room for flexibility.

      Cons

      Morning hours were not negotiable. There was not a way to know when the job was ending (covid related position).
