Pros
Critical point test prep specializes in preparing students for both the ACT and the SAT. The philosophy of the company and the way the company treats its employees make it an amazing company to work for. Students are treated not as their test scores, but as human persons. The company seeks to increase student confidence and to help them grow in their ability to problem solve. In addition to weekly one on one sessions with tutors, there are "office hours" scheduled during the week for extra help and perspectives. Students are often given extra SAT and ACT test prep material and extra hours beyond the 13 weeks. In addition to a student centered philosophy, the company is of the mentality that if its employees are happy, than the company will thrive. The company seeks to work around employee schedules, provides paid training, provides food at trainings, and has an overall atmosphere of kindness and inclusivity. It is clear that everyone is on the same page as far as wanting to see the students succeed and become the best versions of themselves they can be.
