Pros

The benefits package is genuinely good, and the team culture makes a real difference day to day. Colleagues are supportive and collaborative, which creates a positive working environment. For junior developers in particular, this is a great place to absorb professional software development culture, learn industry best practices, and grow your foundational skills in a structured setting.

Cons

Career growth can be a real challenge depending on which team you land on. Developers on the service team in particular may find themselves hitting a ceiling with limited opportunities to advance. On top of that, there is no clear promotion path defined for developers, which can make it difficult to set long-term goals or understand what it takes to move forward in your career.

Pros

Flexibility Coworkers Office Health Insurance Annual performance reviews Remote work

Cons

Some management people have fragile egos and do not tolerate being called out publicly which leads to being really hard to change anything meaningful. Hardware is not that great. Developers do multiple roles , from managing internal infrastructure, client infrastructure, develop, test, create acceptance criteria, provide customer support but are not pay for doing multiple roles. Technology changing without proper testing and maturity. You are only valued/recognized by the amount/skilled work you do by your piers, top management has no vision of you work if you evaluator is not fierce and has good connections with in the company. Annual performance reviews are flawed. Doesn't matter that you have an higher position because only "senior"(people that have been with the company 5,6+ years) company employees word is recognized as valuable. Product needs to stop and resolve issues/bugs instead of pumping new features. You can't be promoted 2 times in a year even if you are clearly in the wrong grade.
