Toxic work environment - will claim to clients that 'we give our employees work life balance', but will call you at 10pm demanding that something be done. They have a really hard time accepting that an employee is quitting. Tactics they will use to punish you for not staying - Not pay you in full for the notice period you've served; threaten legal action for joining another company in the tech space; suddenly give you massive amounts of work during notice period, and will threaten to fire you immediately and not pay you in full for apparent 'breach of contract' if you don't complete the work. Very poor communication. Personally witnessed management lie to clients countless times about various things (sometimes issues that could have a grave impact on client's business).
