Flexible and remote - the time off situation is very relaxed

Cons

Passive aggressive team leads, Will push you search for new influencers but will keep giving you the same hash tags. platforms and criteria over and over again. Theres very little chance you grow in this company. Most list builders only last 3 months.

-Most co-workers are amazing and brilliant to work with. It is an open space to bounce ideas and show your creativity. -Has some great clients to work with -Very inclusive staff coming from various backgrounds

Cons

-Employee turnover -Too many clients, not enough employees -Not keeping/try to keep loyal staff members -Too many changes in management, such as CEO/VP - Employees across too many accounts are causing burnout - Lack of process across accounts -Too many changes were implemented during client work, causing more stress on the employees.
