Favoritism and Poor Management Abound

Pros

Most folks below management level are cool and easy to work with, lots of cool attractions and things to see, frequent pitch-ins. New facility is great (I should know, I helped build the warehouse area).

Cons

Frequent layoffs without explanation, no room for growth or better career opportunities, poor management (including being spoken to condescendingly and laid off without notice or reason).
