      Great company that's truly kid focused

      Pros

      Great working environment. Very hands on. Once you start you are invited to jump right in and make a difference. Great staff and they are always looking for new talent to add to the team. This is a great place to really learn the nuts and bolts of being a multidisciplinary education provider.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. So far so good!

      Pros

      good pay, easy to refer people and make your schedule. They will never force you to pick up shifts. Working with kids can be nice.

      Cons

      extremely disorganized and often doesn't send materials to schools until after they are needed and are often missing bits. School TOSAs' can be either great or horrible and really decide if you will enjoy the school you are working at or hate it.

      Friendly hiring staff and staff I worked with at school very kind and helpful

      The pay is not the best but this is a awesome opportunity as a first job or even just a part time job
