      Pros

      Don’t get me wrong, hard work is needed & a solid mindset but it’s a really strong culture of inclusion, support from the very top & willingness to learn and adapt where needed to help employees succeed

      Cons

      Can be long hours to make sure you’re hitting your numbers if you had a bad couple of days etc
