Hey - Thanks for your time giving this feedback. We are always open to hear how we can do better and appreciate any opportunity to improve. We agree the team is very talented and are really excited to have them on this journey with us! In terms of the confusion and structure. This is something we noticed too, so have taken the time to regroup and come back with a clearer vision that our team feel is achievable and are motivated by. It definitely has been a period of growth and change over the past year which be believe was well needed. In reference to your point about data-lead decisions; our success is now measured by the work we are doing which then allows us to continue to develop in areas that we need to, and celebrate where we are doing awesome work (thank you Notion!). We're super excited about how things are going and hope that the work we do will support our team even further. Here's to a great 2022!
