      Pros

      Tons of room to grow in every role No two days are exactly alike Management genuinely cares about everyone in the company Radically transparent discussion and decision making (you have the freedom to anyone anything)

      Cons

      Some growing pains: There can be a fine line between needing to be flexible and readapting when the company suddenly pivots a major product or feature Communication channels are always being improved but messages can be muddled The company is so small that every decision affects the business as a whole, down to the minute by minute of the day. It provides great motivation, but it can also be a significant source of stress leading up to major deadlines.

      Pros

      Can't say enough great things about this company and the leadership. It simply resonates down to the employees. I haven't been happy with my career since finishing school, until I started working at CovalentCareers. I used to have anxiety on Sundays knowing I had to go to work on Monday - not anymore. The work, the culture, everything about this place has allowed me to find true career happiness. I don't look at this as work anymore, but part of my life's passion. Leadership allows employees to grow in their positions and learn new skills and tools to succeed and grow professionally. 10/10

      Pros

      A great company that really cares about their employees. Plenty of room to grow and make your voice heard. Interesting projects to work on and an intelligent team to work alongside. Good work-life balance and great company culture. Laid back office environment that is comfortable and a pleasure to work at.
