The leadership team, including our CEO, is actively engaging with employees and making transparent efforts to steer the company in a positive direction. CH also offers a unique blend of growth opportunities and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. The startup mentality here encourages innovation and allows you to take on new challenges, making it an exciting place to grow both personally and professionally. While the work-life balance is excellent, it's balanced by a team that's driven and passionate about making a real impact.

Cons

With any entrepreneurial culture, we do still struggle with prioritization - trying many innovative approaches rather than sticking to a few big bets. I think this will improve in time as we continue to see the results of our efforts.
