      Very laid back atmosphere, good work-life balance Incredible benefits Pay is fine People are nice

      Cons

      Average management, company not going in any clear direction. Doesn't seem to be much real work being done. Older company, everyone wants to print things off and use outdated software. Few young people in the company.
