Health insurance is paid for by the company, paid holidays, paid time off and 401K as soon as you are hired.

Regular hours. In house CE. Decent PTO
Cons
Unpleasant work environment. No room for growth. Account Managers only allowed in house CE. Plays favorites. Turns blind eye to issues. Overworked and underpaid. You are treated like a child. Micromanaged. You have to do what they say—even if it’s wrong, which can be damaging to business. No diversity and adamant they won’t change. HR is a joke. If you like gossip this is the place for you. There are lots of social events, but most are on your time and if you don’t participate you will be ostracized.
