Very siloed with many dumpster fires. This also depends on the group too.

Opportunity for growth, learn new areas and keep current in IT trends Leadership Engagement and Communications to all levels Community giving and give-back. Coretek is not all about themselves but looks out for and gives to the interests of others outside of the company and provides opportunities for others to give back too. Ability to work remotely, hybrid, as needed Employee engagement, driving team collaboration
Cons
Easy to gain weight with all the food the company makes available! The plus is there is a workout facility on site to counter this.
