Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Excessive micromanagement creates a stressful work environment and can feel suffocating. There also appears to be favoritism, which can negatively impact team morale and perceptions of fairness.

Pros

Work life Balance for employment

Cons

This company is an absolute disaster from top to bottom. Management is not just incompetent — they run the place like a prison, watching employees’ every move instead of actually leading. There is zero culture, zero support, and zero professionalism. Harassment from other departments is ignored, and you’re expected to work without even basic office supplies. To make matters worse, the company is actively outsourcing jobs overseas, leaving the remaining staff stressed, overworked, and completely undervalued. These issues barely scratch the surface of how poorly this organization operates. To much list in one review.
