      Good people, terribly run company.

      Pros

      The people hired into this company are creative, supportive, and fun. The environment was flexible, and middle management worked hard to look out for their employees.

      Cons

      Upper management were a bunch of emotionless robots. Annual Layoffs. Slow to make decisions, not agile at all, bleeding money all the time. CEO is the WORST.

      Pros

      Creative people, challenging work, always looking to do better, very large network of companies and interesting subject matter so makes day to day work interesting.

      Cons

      Very large organization - sometimes decisions are very slow to be made, programs / processes are clunky - but that can be expected with a company of this size. Could have better communication across the multiple offices (and sometimes within the same office)

      Pros

      -benefits packages are good -personal time off, when we're allowed to use it, is good

      Cons

      -never consulted on anything customer related -no chance to move within the company -management doesn't solve problems -poor management -the culture is one of in-fighting and silos -terrible website -too much time spent looking for sales, not enough time spent building relationships -sales managers and directors have a "money first, then we'll help" attitude -did I mention the websites are terrible?
