Pros

The office is right off the highway and you are close to some decent dining out options.

Cons

The most toxic work environment I have ever experienced. From the CEO to middle management it is a complete disaster. Nepotism, gossip, fake smiles (and fake five star reviews), passive-aggressive leadership, threats, spying, and extreme forms of micro-managing. Run. It is not worth it. You can find better pay and a better work environment.

Pros

Laid back office. Occasional fun work events.

Cons

Low pay. Very Cliquey. You only get promoted if you are family or friends of the family. Like 30+% of the company has some relationship with either the Walkup, Hazelwood, or Johnston family.

Pros

Conversion had fun holiday parties, good 1st job, you will learn a lot in the advertising business.

Cons

Coworkers are very "cliquey," not much room for improvement, nepotism (probably 15% of company is family or close friends), pay could be better, need to work on the innovation / creativity in the agency structure and culture.
