      Great engineers, good product management

      Cons

      Lazy operations, overworked project management, no sales team, weak leadership (especially CEO - who threw in towel for another startup with his frat bros)

      Responsive dev team Understanding and receptive leadership through c suite Great flexibility Company Culture was much more than just "let's all drink together" and was actually things like running groups, movie trips, and celebratory lunches/dinners as well

      Cons

      Parking was a bit of a nightmare, multiple times had damage to vehicle upon leaving work due to other poor drivers in the very restrictive structure Hard to take days off due to small team size

      Manager who was one of the founder is a great and helping guy , very healthy environment , kitchen is good and Friday free lunch. All developers in Austin office is very helpful , all guys are great.
