Pros
If there were pros, you would have to time travel to get to them.
Cons
Where to start. Five offices with no common connection between them. Act as independent offices, unwilling to share resources with other offices. Two owners that have diverging directions for the company. Middle management that is either ineffective, related to the one of the owners, or yelling at employees in an open office environment. Their company philosophy is that you are replaceable as an employee, this has led to terrible morale company wide, there is never any effort to retain talented technical staff, as they are viewed by management and ownership as the reason the company doesn't work.(News flash ownership should look in the mirror they're part of the problem) Communication from ownership to middle management is terrible, communication from middle management to field employees is even worse. Unwillingness to listen to field level employees about issues that arise, most issues are swept under the rug, or blamed on the field level employees as to why the company is not making money.
