Pros

They do get you minimum wage work as soon as you start. You can start working and earning money within a week of applying. They take anyone who applies.

Cons

They're very rude. The shout on the phone. They call you 10 times a day (including early in the morning) on days you don't work. They complain about having to call you so many times. They expect you the take any shift they offer you and get angry when you refuse shifts (which is your right). I have worked a 12 hour shift with only half an hour (unpaid) break! No career opportunities to develop- only hard waitressing kind of job

Pros

If you keep trying, they finally decide to pay you.

Cons

I had the displeasure of working for a client of this employer. Here's why it was a displeasure. 1) They gave me the wrong building name of where to work which was highly unprofessional. As a result, I got lost on the first day. Responsibility wasn't taken neither was there an apology. 2) They never told me their client lacked basic English, which made working for them a real pain. 3) They promised I would get paid a certain hourly rate, but my payslip bizarrely did not reflect this. 4) After chasing them up and waiting for weeks, I received no response. They cunningly thought they could get away with not paying me. 5) After legal action was promised, I was finally paid. I was given no explanation why they never responded in the intervening weeks. Nor was an apology forthcoming for the delayed payment and for them deliberately ignoring me. We live in a corrupt world where the only reason some people do what they OUGHT to do is to avoid getting into trouble, which is why they paid me. They would not have done so had I not warned about legal procession, which is HORRIBLE. 6) Knowing that I lacked my own transport, they carelessly sent me texts of PART-TIME temporary jobs based at ANOTHER CITY! How foolish are they by such job adverts out, given that people are unwilling to travel to another city for a PART-TIME job??? Very! Absolutely disgusting from these third-class people! I wonder how many other people they have done this to who were never ultimately paid? I suggest they stop doing this because it is not only wrong, it damages their reputation, brings about injustice and makes the financial situation of INNOCENT people harder.
