      Pros

      You get to work with different customers thus different technologies. We're always learning and that's being promoted from within the company. "All you can eat" courses, certification exams, and technical or personal development books are nice perks.

      Cons

      the company has a great culture, but sometimes you work for customers with very different mindsets.
