Pros

Can work remote from anywhere

Cons

They charge you $200 if you don' t a monthly target which is not achievable with the useless leads they provide. They say this fee is for the leads and the phone, crm system- but the system doesn't work most of the time. They make you attend daily meetings even though your a contractor and not making any base salary. Management is very out of touch with employees and reality. Turn over rate is higher than I have ever seen at any company.

Success in any new business opportunity is directly tied to the effort you put in. We provide warm leads, all the necessary software, a dedicated company phone number, email address, personal web page (PWP), and complete onboarding and training. While some fully commit to achieving success, others make half-hearted efforts and give up too soon. This demonstrates a lack of full commitment. This is a full-time position, as advertised, not part-time. We ensure complete transparency through commission reports that outline the gross profit for each sale. In addition, we offer direct deposit every Friday for all completed sales.

Pros

Getting to work fully remote and on my own hours.

Cons

Just to be clear, this is just my experience and opinion, and it might not be the same for everyone who works there. This job was a constant headache because there was no clear information about how we'd get paid. On top of that, people actually had to pay to get "trained," and the commission payments were all over the place. Honestly, the way the pay was set up felt pretty unfair. To even make a decent $90k, you had to sell almost a million dollars in containers. When you're only making $50 to $150 per container, it starts to feel like the longer you worked there, the less likely you were to actually make good money – almost like a pyramid scheme. What's even more frustrating is that I knew someone who brought in a deal worth over $100,000 and barely saw 10% of the commission they were supposed to get from that. It really makes you question how they handle payments. The leadership there thinks they understand sales, but their only real strategy seems to be pushing for volume. The only advice you ever got was basically, "Just pick up the phone and dial." There wasn't much focus on actual sales strategy beyond making a ton of calls. On top of all that, any discount offered to win a deal comes straight out of the sales rep's commission. There's absolutely no room for negotiation if you actually want to make decent money. It feels like you're constantly having to choose between closing a deal and getting paid fairly.

Pros

If you like to work for FREE or meager pennies then apply here. They have horrendous sales processes in place which require 9 emails/calls/texts in 72 hours now talk about harassment.

Cons

Constant BS meetings & tiny commission checks. Trashed containers.
