The absolute worst management team I have ever encountered in my professional life. All decisions are made by a single person at the 'top of the food-chain'. Regularly employees are subject to public berating, verbally abusive language and fear-mongering. Everyone at the company has been cowed into believing that this type of behaviour is normal, and are too scared to lose their jobs to do anything about it. There is essentially no Human Resources department, no training periods for new employees, no corporate culture and no commeraderie. The amount of red tape encountered when trying to push a project through is abysmal at best. The employee turnover rate is SHOCKINGLY high - it's actually insane. This is the absolute worst place I've ever worked. I would NEVER recommend it to anyone.

Upper management is poorly organized and lacks true focus and vision. When people say that you need to be related to get ahead in this company, they are not wrong. If you look at the majority of the decision makers in the company, they are all closely related. Even with such close relations, the turnover rate is extraordinarily high. It is simply a miserable place to work.
