Pros
Some nice colleagues on an individual level.
Cons
My, and many previous reviews, were removed. Sufficed to say Consulum has a market reputation for being amongst the worst companies to work for in the region. Short staffed, overworked, toxic, racist and sexist. The company has a 50% turnover rate. Avoid.

Pros
Senior team are quite competent, as well as junior staff. Accounts well resourced. Experience is reflective of clients more often than not - luck of the draw
Cons
Mid-level are underperforming. Partner level is extremely inadequate. Partners need to either be gaining new business or understanding quality - most don't do either. Also clear politics at the top of the company that trickles down.
