Management is ego driven, hr cannot help. Old school culture. Right or wrong don’t matter, whatever management says goes. Management can also abuse power.
-Management gives no direction whatsoever
-Only men are eligible for leadership roles
-Leadership loves to steal ideas from lower employees and claim them as their own
-Complete disregard for any and all software security going all the way to the top of the company
-Management does not like emotions in the workplace (such as crying) even when an active employee passes away.
