Current leadership lacks a backbone of any kind (current #1 is temporary for that position, so I give him a little break) If you're under 45, your opinion isn't worth anything to these people Embedded cliques and ridiculous politics, people are not generally valued on merit The institution has a long-standing issue with bending over backwards for people with money, often to the detriment of the organization as a whole. This has been a problem for decades, through multiple staff leadership changes. Zero transparency on performance or how management decisions are being made.
