      Pros

      Building rapport with the kids and parents is very fulfilling and rewarding

      Cons

      They mess up your pay, so you will have to wait an extra week for your check. The administration and higher ups rarely know what they are doing. Most people there gossip about each other. Seems that they care more about the money than they do the clients wellbeing. Long hours and the pay is below average.
