Cons
Toxic management and working conditions. Company culture includes bullying and managers openly discussing other colleagues work negatively (non constructively) in the open office. Confidential information and meeting notes are shared openly by senior management , including which employees cried during which meetings. Pressure to work in excess of your role and responsibilities due to lack of resource planning and not hiring enough employees to cover the workload. Company boasts training and has an annual budget per employee, yet fails to actually offer any, or support when relevant training is requested/required. No career path or support for improvement.
