      Pros

      Great company to work for! Accounting department was super nice and friendly to me. They were willing to teach me and help me through projects.

      Pros

      Their relaxed work atmosphere is really hard to find elsewhere. The work is exciting and the people are really intelligent as well as fun to work with. They are willing to teach and grow together and everyone shares responsibility for the company though they all act like they couldn't care less. Have to keep up appearances lol.

      Cons

      Due to the economy, they have downsized considerably and a lot of people have taken on many more responsibilities without little or no return on investment. Some employees' salaries have not changed for a few years which is really unfair and unfortunate.
