    - Great team with fantastic management that helps and mentors you throughout your time there. - Reasonable quota's that can be achieved through hard work with excellent commission payouts. - Not a stressful or high pressured work environment (as long as you make calls and do your job, you're good) - great job if you're looking to grow and excel your sales career

    Comwave has been very aggressive in growing the Business Solutions area of the company in 2018. The products are best-in-class and the work environment is very entrepreneurial. Considerable focus is now being being placed on branding Comwave Business Solutions. There are so many exceptional, dedicated people I work with who make working at Comwave very rewarding.

    Extremely poor management, especially at the executive level Little to no bonus or performance compensation for employees Poor treatment of employees especially by CEO No concept of employer responsibilities, such as: training, development, motivation, bonus or even respect
