Pros

Can work mostly remotely during the pandemic, pay would be good if the job was just what's in the job description.

Cons

Owner will constantly push you go beyond/against what you agreed to. There will be overtime every single week, you will be asked to accept "extra time off" in lieu of paid OT (even if it's in your contract). Insist on being paid you'll never see the "time off" PTO expires/resets Jan 1 of each year, make sure you use it. You'll be told (not asked) to cold call people on LinkedIn regardless of your position. You'll have to go into the office at least once a week even during the pandemic just because. You'll be back in the office full time as soon as the numbers go back down. Owner will overpromise to students and then it's your job to figure out how to make it work. Students are often rude, you have no recourse. There is no loyalty from the owner, don't expect any. This job was great because of the team, but most of the team quit due to the owner's behavior. I cannot speak for the current team.
